Wholesale Ordering Terms

• All wholesale lots and orders are hand made, to order.
• All wholesale orders require a 50% deposit.  We must receive your deposit before we will begin working on your order.
• Delivery time depends on the total quantity of product you ordered.  Typical estimated production time for wholesale lots is 4-6 weeks from the date we receive your deposit.  Larger quantities will require longer production time.
• We will contact you after we receive your deposit with an estimated production timeline and shipping date.
• Minimum wholesale order is for $250 worth of product ($500 retail value).  Orders for less than $250 worth of product will be billed at the full retail price.
• Unless otherwise indicated, there is a minimum order of 10 pieces of each style/design.  "Assorted" lots may include one-of-a-kind designs, and may or may not repeat styles/designs across the lot.
• Wholesale lots do not include velvet pouches, gift boxes, or other packaging.  Packaging is available for an additional cost.  If you would like packaging along with your order, please contact us for a price quote.
• When your order is ready to ship, we will contact you, and request you forward half of the remaining balance, plus shipping costs, to Artistcrafts.  The remaining 25% of the total order price is due upon receipt of your order. You will be charged the actual cost of shipping for your order.
• We must charge any applicable sales tax, unless we have the appropriate paperwork on file to exempt you from paying sales tax.  The state of Maryland requires us to collect sales tax on all wholesale orders of $250 or less being shipped within the state of Maryland.
• All deposits are non-refundable.  Paypal cart orders reflect deposits ONLY; balances will be due as outlined above.
• Artistcrafts accepts checks, money orders, western union, and online payments.  We only accept credit cards through paypal currently. 
• We can neither accept orders from, nor ship to any African nations, including Nigeria, nor can we accept orders from Egypt.  The customer is responsible for paying any taxes and/or customs costs on non-US orders.
